Dan, Mike, and Bob were not only skillful but friendly and easy to approach with ideas and concerns. I used a specialty stain for the outside of my home and also needed painting in other areas. They took care to follow the many special instructions I gave them. In addition to powerwashing, they took it upon themselves to also sand the wood so the stain would apply better. This was not one of my instructions. It was a lot of extra work and well beyond my expectations. The painting and staining they did both look great! During the course of the project, I made additional requests and it was never a problem. After this and many other positive things I noticed them doing, I began to realize their focus was on doing a great job and making sure we were happy with the work rather than trying to finish as soon as possible. I am so not used to this customer centered philosophy and approach that it took me by surprise. My wife and I are very thankful we chose them.

The company made all necessary repair work and replaced rotted wood on the front columns. They painted the whole outside of the house. Repairs and paints did an amazing job! They repainted a 2 bedroom condo in just 3 days(it was originally estimated to take 5 days). Dan gave me great advise on the type of light fixtures to buy to bring the style up from the 1980s to 2014. Him and his crew replaced all the light fixtures, face plates as well as fixed a broken shelf in the laundry room. They showed on time every day and worked non stop! Thanks to them I sold the condo about a week after they completed the job. I would recommend this company to anyone wanted quality work!

I will have to come back and add photos! We had two jobs done by them, one was water damage from a leaky chimney (that we had removed). They treated the mold they found behind the wall, and replaced all the drywall. The other job was a removal of our fireplace, and made into an entertainment center out of the area where the fireplace was and it turned out amazing!

Good workers. A little on the sloppy side, but they did try to keep it to a minimum and each day they did clean up. I will say that this was a big job repairing and painting and replacing all door and base trims through out the house that hadn’t been done in 30 years.

This is the second time we’ve hired Dan and his crew. This time we needed him to paint the interior of our new home and do some minor wall repair. As was our experience the first time we hired Dan, his crew was on time each day and very professional. They are neat and clean up after themselves each night. On the last day Dan walked the house with me and touched up any area I mentioned without hesitation. They finished the job in five days, a day earlier than I expected and they finished on budget. Dan’s team responded quickly with the estimate in just a few days and the work started and completed on time. The quality is excellent to the extreme such that you’d never know there were a large gaping holes in the walls where they had to remove drywall for french drain installation and later replace and paint the same areas. Repairs & Paints did an exceptional job with our recent multi-room project. They completed a living room, dining room, foyer, stairway, kitchen and bathroom for us in two days. Outstanding painting contractor. Came in and did exactly what was asked. Showed up and on time. A hard thing to find these days. The owner is great and has a great network of contractors to call. They removed wallpaper and popcorn ceilings in 4 rooms. They’re-painted everything. repaired all the walls and made our home look like a new modern interior. Repairs and Paints did a great job painting my house. The exterior was really rough and needed to be cleaned and repaired first. The company made all necessary repair work and replaced rotted wood on the front columns. They painted the whole outside of the house. The workers cleaned up after themselves every day and showed up on time every day. The house looks great. I recommend using this painting company.

Dan was provided a free itemized estimate for a few projects I was looking to get done. Once I finalized what I wanted to get done, he set up a date to get started. He arrived on time, took great care to cover everything and finished on time. One patch he did in the ceiling was completed professionally and you cannot tell there was ever a hole. Dan and his crew did a great job. They painted my kitchen, family room, powder room and mudroom plus tiled my kitchen backsplash all in three days. He came on the scheduled day and finished ahead of schedule. The result was exactly what I wanted. They even vacuumed the family room before they left! Recently had a GREAT experience with Dan and his team at Repairs & Paints painting our home. Every member of the team is a perfectionist when it comes to painting! They painted our living room, dining room, entry foyer, upstairs hallway, all interior doors, and staircase. Coming through the front door is a whole new experience now – everything we see has a bright, clean, and polished look! The last thing Dan did before the job was complete was walk through the house and touch up any marks that had been made (by us, not by his team!) since the beginning of the job.
